In general, any of the services covered on this website can be provided to you, to then provide to your clients under your own brand. We also offer discounted pricing to our regular Fieldwork clients.

Our usual approach is that you would:
1. Take the brief from the end-client;
2. Design the project and questionnaire;
3. Analyse the results;
4. Report back to the end-client with your insight and recommendations.

Research Connection will do any other part of the online project that you request us to, including survey scripting and translations, survey respondent sourcing from around the world, coding of open ended responses, and special reporting.

Coding and Text Analysis

Research Connection encourages its clients to make full use of open ended comments, allowing online survey respondents to use their own words to contribute to each study.

In many ways, the online mode of research can be qualitative or exploratory in nature, as well as providing large sample sizes, due to respondents' willingness to be frank and open in their feedback.
With clients able to log in and observe the feedback in real-time, and the fact you can segment the open-ended comments using on-the-fly cross tabs and filters, means coding and text analysis is often not required.

Encouraging end-clients to read verbatim comments by logging directly into the online research system can be very valuable.

However, when coding is required we can offer both a manual, detailed coding process with our experienced coders, or for large studies requiring quick turnaround we can also use text analysis software.

In the light of overall project costs, coding is very affordable although does add several days to the project lead-times.
